Do you like to be active on the water? Then join us on this special sail & surf-trip! We’ll go on a overnight sailing trip and chase the waves along the Dutch coast line together with ‘The Surfbus’!
Of course we’ll all be driving and sleeping in our pretty, little bus!

Like to be active in the water? Join on this sail & surf trip!
We’ll start this trip in style : on a 120+ year old ship! We’ll sail for a day, sleep on the amazing boat (which, fun fact, is actually owned by Wiebe, who lives in a double-decker bus as well!).
The following days we’ll chase the waves and if there isn’t any, we’ll go sea SUP’ping, kayaking, hiking, mountainbiking
etc!
We’ll sleep in small camp spaces, campsites etc, end the day with some nice food, bonfires and good conversations about all the places you’d like to surf, the time you saw a dolphin during your session and find someone to share
your passion with! Don’t worry about getting cold this time of the year; we have heater on board, hot chocolat milk with cream and plenty of fleecedekentjes! Are you ready to join this special?!
PLEASE NOTE
The sailing trip is included but rental of surf-equipment is optional since some of you will have your own gear already.
We team up with Casper from ‘The Surfbus’. He will join us for the whole trip and will be able to give you surflessons wherever we go. If you’d like to book lessons / rent equipment, please let us know so we can set it up for you.
the bus
At the end of the day, when you just want to chill, we’ll be waiting there with your home for the coming days.
Fully equipped with heating, kitchen, bathroom, comfy beds, a big lounge and of course…a fire pit!
Of course part of the fun is to be driving around in our ancient bus, transformed from an old public transport bus into a comfortable hostel on the move.
We’ll be on a roadtrip to discover the province. Our bus will take us from A to B (if we’re lucky;)).
You’ll have your own bed, with curtains to provide some privacy. Upstairs you’ll also find the lounge with a view, while downstairs is the living area, with kitchen, bathroom and dining area. Both areas have what we call in Dutch ‘ARKO’ (Alle Ramen Kunnen Open’) and a heating system for the colder nights.
So, hop hop, train your muscles because we might need you cutting vegetables or pushing the bus up the hill every now and then! All part of the adventure!
